Join us for the second installment of our dinner series, this time with a theme around Valentine's Day!
Featuring the culinary talents of our own Curtis Waltman, this five course dinner & wine pairing will surely make your Valentine's week one to remember!
Wine pairing is included for each guest (must be 21+), and will be presented by Randy Larson of Spirits of Norway Vineyard.

Course 1
- Butter poached Lobster, creme fraiche, osetra caviar, cayenne & lemon zest beignet
Course 2
- Roasted Red & Golden Beets, Faro, Candied Pecans, Goat Cheese, Roasted Garlic & Shallot vinaigrette
Course 3
- Confit Duck & Braised Pork Belly, Green Apple & Red Pepper Slaw, Green Apple Gastrique
Course 4
- Kobe Beef Wellington, Foie Gras, Mushroom duxelle, tart cherry reduction
Course 5
- Dark chocolate mousse, vanilla almond tuile, fresh berries, strawberry compote
Tickets must be paid for at the West Allis Cheese & Sausage Company.
Tables will be spread out to ensure social distancing.
